The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), pursuant to authority granted under Chapter 6.5, Cal. Code Regs., tlt 22, Chapter 20, is considering approval of a Standardized Permit Renewal (Series C). The San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E), Standardized Hazardous Waste Facility Permit Application (Series C) (Application), dated January 31, 2012 is for the renewal of the Hazardous Waste Storage Permit for SDG&E's Kearny PCB Storage Facility (Kearny Facility) that was issued on November 28, 2000.
