Document Description
The project involves two encroachment activities: 1) seasonal placement and removal of a single-screened agricultural pump intake and 2) seasonal diversion of channel surface waters using a 50 horse electric pump. Water will be diverted for direct use only and is covered by Division of Water Rights License Nos. 10344 and 4675 and purchased water from the Russian River Flood Control District. No other equipment use or excavation is required within the bed, bank or channel of the river and no riparian vegetation has been proposed to be cleared.
