Document Description
Caltrans is converting existing right of way into new Department (DOT) Easement on (SR) 139 in Lassen and Modoc Counties. The conversion of right of way begins near Seiad Valley in Lassen County (LAS-139-PM 46.4) and ends approximately two (2) miles north of the Willow Creek Ranger Station (LAS-139-PM 54.8_. It begins again near the Junction of (SR) 299 and (SR) 139 in Modoc County (MOD-139-PM 3.7) and ends near North Saddle Blanket Road (MOD-139-PM 38.0).
