The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), pursuant to authority granted under Chapter 6.8, Division 20, sections 25323.1 and 25356.1 of the Health and Safety Code (H&SC) is considering approval of a Removal Action Workplan (RAW) for the Proposed School Site Lamont School District (Site) as submitted on February 26,2012 by the Lamont School District to address soil impacted with arsenic at levels that is considered above what is naturally occurring in the area.
