Project consists of the sale and assignment of 609 square feet of stream environment zone restoration credit and 574 square feet of potential coverage rights from Conservancy-owned land to receiving property where existing utility lines will be relocated underground. The transfer and assignment enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the hydrologically-related area or stream environment zone areas.
