- To comply with the San Francisco Bay Area Water Emergency Transportation Response and Disaster Recovery Act (Gov. C. SS66540 et seq.) regarding consolidation of San Francisco regional ferry services, the City of Vallejo has approved the trasfer to the San Francisco Bay Area Water Emergency Transportation Authority ("WETA") of the Vallejo to the San Francisco Ferry Building at the Port of San Grancisco. WETA will also take tiel to 2 skiffs and other waterside assets, including the floats, gangways, and buoys used for the ferry services, and will continue to use the existing to use the existing ferry maintenance facilities from Lennar Mare Island, LLP. The City of Vallejo will continue to manage the landside ferry terminal facilities.
