Document Description
The Scope of work consists of two compenents. The first is to remove the bottleneck in gransformer capacity by upgrading the existing transformer. The second components is to install automatic load transfer switches so that the generator power can be distributed to additional parks of the facility via existing feeders during an outage. The work associated with each of these components would take place within previously-developed areas within the existing prison. While the upgrades will enhance the prison's ability to function during a utility outage, they do not have any potential for increasing the population or staffing levels at the prison.
