Document Description
Replace the existing Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning [HVAC] system at the City Hotel at Columbia State Historic Park to improve visitor services. Work will remove 8 existing gas pack units from the roof and install new units; relocate and adjust size of ceiling vents; replace duct work as required; and install refrigerant line, electrical wiring, and condensation piping. Work will also install new thermostat controls and associated wiring in each room.
