Document Description
The project includes acquisition of a 143,377 square foot office building and parcel (42,420 gross sq.ft) located at 924 Westwood Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90024. UCLA currently leases 103,762 sq. ft. of the building and will remain in the building following acquisition. Non-University office leases for approximately 10,725 sq. ft. of the building and the University shall occupy this space following the exiration of the tenant's leases. Retail ground floor space accounts for approximately 25,800 sq. ft. and is currently under control of private retail tenants. The property is consistent with the current City of Los Angeles zoning designation of C4-2D-O and no changes to the current zoning will occur. No exterior modifications are included are included in this approval and the property will maintain the 328 subterranean parking spaces located on-site.
