Assessment for improvements and upgrades to the 1) existing wastewater treatment plant, including electrical, structural improvements to existing structures, pond lining, upgrade sludge processing center, aeration, treatment equipment, remodel to wastewater treatment plant building, replace existing equipment, piping and electrical at the Wood Haven Court and Red Rock Lane pump stations, and spot repairs to the sewer system; and 2) existing water treatment plant shall be replaced with a new more technically advanced water treatment plant, including SCADA equipment, building to house the treatment equipment, and backwash pump station tank.
