This survey work (potholing) is proposed to accurately determine the depth and alignment of a 12 inch natural gas pipeline, owned and operated by PG&E. The proposed potholing would be located on, and adjacent to, the levee on the right (north) bank of the American River, In Sacramento County, CA. Between 4 and 8 pothole excavations are needed.
