Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) to Placer County to install a underground water treatment system. Work will include a pipe system, manholes and treatment vaults; issue a permanent easement to allow Placer County and their contractors to maintain work completed on Department of Boating and Waterways property. Placer County will notify the Department of Boating and Waterways (DBW) at least one week prior to performing work, including routine maintenance, within the easement boundaries. Advance notice is not required when responding to an emergency, however, DBW will be notified as soon as feasible after Placer County personnel arrive at the site.
