Document Description
Improve Mansion at Bidwell Mansion State Historic Park to prevent further damage to the structure. Work will remove the failing stucco where it is seperating from the walls and around the chimney and replace with compatiable stucco coat. Second story balcony work will repair using epoxy repair is not suitable and replacement of railing compenents is indicated, replace with in-kind materials to match existing railing. Additonal work will repaint the stucco railing work, and front and rear doors to match the existing color scheme. All work will comply with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
