Document Description
This project consists of the execution of a quitclaim deed by the City of Sacramento in favor of the University of California, and the abandonment and adjustment of various public utility easement, all on the Stockton Boulevard campus of the UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, CA. The specific properties involved are described in the Title Report dated April 16, 2012 by First American Title Insurance Company. The proposed project consists of operation of existing public facilities with no expansion of use beyond that previosly existing, and is therefore considered categorically exempt from further CEQA review (CEQA Guidelines 15301). In addition, non of the exceptions for application of a categorical exemption apply to this project.
