Document Description
The purpose of this mitigation plan is to offset the loss of coastal sage scrub due to vegetation impacts by the North Torrey Pines Road Bridge Project "Low-Bridge" by restoring one and three quarters (1.76) acres of disturbed land to coastal sage scrub in a suitable location for this habitat type within Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve. The project protects park resources.
