Document Description
Repairs Residence #6 and Garage in Mt. Diablo State Park to protect the integrity of the structures. Work will remove existing deteriorating composition shingle roof, and repair north corner water damage to house roof, and replace any damaged flashing and pipe roof jacks with in-kind materials. Additional work to install new 15 lb. roofing felt over existing plywood underlayment, 1x1.5" galvanized drip edge nosing, new architectural composition shingle roof to match surrounding structures, and replace any damaged gutters and down spouts with in-kind materials.
