Document Description
The project involves construction of new facilities (approximately 3,413 gsf) for education and research to replace facilities destroyed (approximately 4,900 gsf) by the Malibu firestorm of 1993. The facilities would include a classroom and nature center, a workroom, and a waterless toilet room unit. In addition, the project would install two 5,000-gallon water tanks for fire--fighting purposes, a 400-gallon greywater collection tank, and associated utility infrastructure that would be installed above grade.
