Document Description
A General Plan Amendment to modify the General Plan from Rural Residential Agricultural (RR/(A)) to Coastal Commercial Timberland (TC). The project also involves a zone reclassification from Rural Residential Agriculture with a two acre-minimum (RA-2) to Commercial Timber (TC), a lot line adjustent, and coastal development permit. Through the lot line adjustment three existing parcels (approximately 81 acres total) will be reconfigured and combined to result in two parcels of approximately 40 and 41 acres. No new development is proposed and with te new TC designation, there would be no additional development on the properties. In order to allow for 40 acre Commercial Timber parcels under the Trinidad Area Plan a Joint Timer Management Plan is required.
