Document Description
Conduct forest thinning and hazard fuel reduction on two plots at Plumas Eureka State Park to reduce the threat of catastrophic wildfire and improve native forest composition and structure. Work will manually forest thin, chip, and pile burn 19 acres around Camp Lisa and 5 acres between the park entrance road and Jamison Creek, downhill of the Jamison Creek Bridge. Install or maintain Best Management Practices to control erosion. Operation of crew vehicles will be limited along existing roads.
