The Project consists of replacing an existing wood pole with a new wood pole along an existing electrical transmission line. The new wood pole is located along the bank of an irrigation canal 1,100-feet west of the southern terminus of Will S. Green Ave, approximately 2.5 miles south west of the City of Colusa. The site will be accessed by an existing farm road. The Project will result in 0.003 acre of permanent impacts to waters ofthe United States.
