The project is limited to removing accumulated sediment from within a vicinity of 100 feet of the pump intake, to maintain pump flow; apply rip rap armoring to existing armored locations without removing any woody vegetation; planting willows along levee to help stabilize the river bank, and remoe blackberries to reduce noxious plant growth.
