Document Description
The project is limited to diversion of water from Pena Creek for the purpose of road maintenance. Water shall be drafted from Pena Creek immediately downstream of the existing Chemise Road low water crossing. Operations will not include any modification of the bed or bank and will utilize an existing pool. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2011-0404-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
