Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0073-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Lincoln.
The proposed Project entails the expansion of the existing Lincoln wastewater treatment and reclamation facility, construction of two new pump stations at the site of the existing Sewer Maintenance District-1 wastewater treatment plant (located on Joegar Road in northern Auburn0 and Auburn wastewater treatment plant (located on Ophir Road); construction of new biofilters at all three sites; and the addition of reclamation fields on East Catlett Road. The proposed project entails 15 drainage and canal crossings, including 12 open trench stream crossings and 3 trenchless crossings.
