The Project involves construction and operation of a Love's Travel Stops facility on the project site; the site consists of vacant land and approximately 5.1 acres of vineyard. The site is designated and zoned for freeway service commercial use. The Project's primary components would include two fuel dispensing area with a total of 24 fueling positions to dispense gasoline and diesel fuel to passenger vehicles and trucks. The project would include a 7,700 sf convenience store with an attached 3,000 sf fast-food restaurant, and a 1,200 SF tire repair building.
