Widen an approx. 0.5-mile segment of Junipero Serra Blvd between Campus Driver East and Stanford Avenue between approximately 10 and 65 feet to accommodate of the follow traffic calming improvements: two, 12-foot wide travel lanes (one in each direction); a 10-foot wide raised and landscaped median that includes five five-foot wide breaks to allow for bicycle crossings; five-foot wide on-street, striped bicycle lanes in each direction, and three bulbs. The project also includes utility, drainage, and lighting improvements.
