Document Description
The District proposes to construct a potable water storage tank with a usable volume of 0.66 MG and a total capacity of 0.73 MG, on a 1.3-acre parcel. The proposed tank would be of prestressed concrete and have a flat roof. The storage tank would have a diameter of 77 feet, a tank depth of 21 feet; height of the tank above the finished grade would range from approximately 25 feet on the southern side of the tank to approximately 10 feet on the northern side of the tank. A low retaining wall would be constructed on the northwestern side of the project site. In addition, a conceptual screening plan would be implemented post construction that would include a combination of evergreen trees and screening shrubs of varying heights.
