The Project will grade and fill 0.053 acre of wetland , whcih are waters of the United States, in preparation for the construction of 50,980 square feet of commerical building area, parking spaces, and associate infrastructure onsite and offsite improvements to the road embankment along Saratoga Way, south of the project.
