Document Description
The proposed project includes a Preliminary Planned District zoning plan to allow for renovation of an existing swim and tennis club, demolition of ten existing tennis courts, and addition of a 2,100 sf cafe and 3,540 sf child care facility to the club area. The project also includes development of 18 single-family residences on approximately 7 acres of the 12 acre site. The planning permits required for the development of the project include a Preliminary Planned District to allow residential, cafe, and child care uses in the general manner proposed on the site. Subsequent entitlements required for the development of the site include a Precise Planned District and a Tentative Tract Map, amongst other related approvals.
