Document Description
The City of San Mateo is proposing to construct a new sanitary sewer relief line along 25th Ave. between Flores St. and South Delaware St. The project would range in size from 21 inches to 30 inches as a necessary improvement project to provide relief to the 18-inch sewer line in El Camino Real during wet weather events as well as capacity for accommodating planned upstream pipeline improvement projects to minimize the potential of sanitary sewer overflows. The project would cross under El Camino Real and Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board and tie into the future South Delaware Parallel Phase II line. Additionally, the proposed project would collect flows from the future Hacienda/Flores Relief line project.
