Document Description
The Applicant is seeking a Development Agreement, General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, CUP, Design Review, Grading Plan Review and Lot Merger to demolish/replace approximately 83,000 sf of commercial, office and warehouse buildings with approximately 60,000 sf of private school buildings. The Project would include an Academic Center with two stories of classrooms, multipurpose room and cafe, gymnasium, and storage building. Outdoor construction in Phase 1 of the project would consist of a 64,350 sf soccer field and sports courts, and 7,800 sf area for basketball and wall ball. Grading would include 4,121 cubic yards of cut and 7,124 cubic yards of fill; hardscape would be reduced from 3.68 acres to 2.25 acres of coverage. 88 trees would be removed and 67 would be replanted.
