Document Description
The 1.2-acre project site is currently developed with a tow yard and auto repair business, Fortes Auto Body, Repair and Towing. The Santa Clara County Assessor's Office identifies the site as Assessor Parcel Numbers 158-35-019 and 158-35-020. The existing site includes an auto repair garage, office space, a paint booth, storage sheds, and a large parking and vehicle storage lot. The project proposes to demolish the existing buildings on site (approximately 5,000 sf) and construct 12 small-lot, single-family detached homes (approximately 2,000-2,500 sf each), a new private street and common landscaped area.
