Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2011-0193-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant. The project is limited to permanent redirection and fill of seasonal drainages around the proposed project site. The project will include removal of approximately 40 feet of 30 inch diameter culvert and placement of 150 feet of 30 inch diameter culvert in one of the drainages to facilitate construction of an access road. The culvert will be sized appropriately to accommodate expected seasonal flows of water in the drainage. Approximately 1,375 feet of riparian scrub habitat present in one of the drainage will be removed when the drainage is filled and relocated.
