Document Description
The Carnegie SVRA General Plan is a broad-based policy document that establishes a long-range vision for the SVRA and provides goals and guidelines to direct future improvements, services, and programs. By providing a clear purpose, a vision, and goals and guidelines, the General Plan defines the broadest possible management framework for program development, ongoing management, and public use of Prairie City SVRA. The General Plan is the product of a public planning process which included many public meetings, evaluating existing conditions and assessing current and potential uses.
