Adoption of the 2012 Water Master Plan Update, which is an update of the District's existing Water Master Plan that was adopted in June 2004. The updated plan is a comprehensive planning report providing information on existing District water system facilities and the current level of service provided to the customers; is an outline for the orderly expansion of the District's water system to accommodate anticipated growth and development of areas served by District; and serves as the basis for adjustment of District's Water System Facility Fees (Gov Code 66000/AB1600) for water system improvements attributable to new development.
