Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-MEN-37307-R1C, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to Joseph Scriven, representing the Mendocino County Resource Conservation District.
The Agreement relies on the Notification materials and a CDFW site visit on August 15, 2024. The Project is limited to 12 encroachments to upgrade existing culverts. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
