Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-MEN-37304-R1C), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Joseph Scriven representing the Mendocino County Resource Conservation District. The project is limited to eleven (11) encroachments for stream crossing upgrades. Ten (10) encroachments are to install corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culverts. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. One (1) encroachment is to install a rocked ford crossing. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, keying in and placing properly sized rock, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
