Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0558-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Colin Hughes, representing Pacific Watershed Associates. The project is limited to 18 encroachments: install/replace culvert at 12 sites; armor diversion along road ditch at two sites, install armored fill at one site, add rock dissipation at one site, and install a vented armored fill at one site. One culvert site will also serve as a point of diversion, with water drafting to a truck. Culverts and crossings will accommodate 100-year flow, including sediment and debris, and will be installed to current standards. Standard treatments include mulching and seeding exposed soil, and replanting trees in-kind at a 3:1 ratio to those removed.
