The project is limited to 29 encroachments: Installation or replacement of culverts at 12 sites; decommission of crossings at seven sites; installation or repair of armored fill at four sites, armoring inlet and outlet at two sites; use or install temporary crossing followed by decommission at two sites, definition of the channel of a stream at one site; and drafting water to a truck at one site. Culverts and crossing will accommodate 100-year flow, including sediment and debris, and will be installed to current standards. Standard treatments include mulching and seeding exposed soil, and replanting trees in-kind at a 3: 1 ratio to those removed.
