Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0540-R 1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Colin Hughes, representing Pacific Watershed Associates. The project is limited to 26 encroachments: establish or repair 12 armored fill crossings; replace or install five culverts; decommission 3 crossings and restore the channels; shape the approaches of two ford crossings; establish keyways on two ford crossings; define and armor one roadside ditch that serves as a stream channel; and install one bridge suitable for light truck and ATV traffic. Culverts and crossing will accommodate 100-year flow and will be installed to current standards. Standard treatments include mulching and seeding exposed soil, and replanting trees in-kind at a 3:1 ratio to those removed .
