The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0492-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Joe Scriven, representing Mendocino County Resource Conservation District. The project is limited to 19 encroachments: the repair of five armored fill crossings; and installation/replacement of 14 culverts. Culverts and structures will be sized and designed to accommodate the 100-year flow, and culverts will match the alignment and gradient of the natural channels. Culverts placed in anadromous waters will meet fish passage criteria.
