Water storage is in the process of being permitted by the State Water Resources Control Board under Water Right Application No. A031978. No water will be diverted from either POD from April 1 through October 30 of each year except for emergency fire suppression under this Agreement. Crossing No. 26 is removal of an existing crossing that is a fish passage barrier on an unnamed tributary. Work will include excavation, removal of the failing concrete, recontouring the stream channel, and seeding, mulching and armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
