Current development on the property consists of one existing single-family residence, accessory structures, a water well, and a septic system, all of which will be located on Proposed Parcel 1. Proposed Parcel 2 will have an individual septic system and a water well. Access to proposed Parcel 2 will be through a new encroachment off of Riverland Drive.
