The Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District approved an upgrade to its existing facilities at the Sacramento Regional Wastewater Plant to meet National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit requirements. The Addendum has been prepared to address minor modifications to the approved project: modification of valve structures at existing solids storage basins and pulling fiber optic cable through existing ductbanks.
