Document Description
Commercial Site Plan and Architectural Review Application of the Nevada City Community Broadcast Group (KVMR) and Nevada Theatre Commission (NTC) as co-applicants, proposing to construct a new, multi-story building of 8,083 sf (hereinafter referred to as the KVMR Building) at 120 Bridge Street, Nevada City. The building will house KVMR radio station studios and offices (6,523 sf) and a connecting, backstage support area for the Nevada Theatre (1,560 sf). The property contains three existing tin sheds which will be demolished to accommodate the KVMR building with re-use of the existing building metal siding, roofing and timber beams to be incorporated into the new building.
