Document Description
The project is located on the downstream side of the Pastori Avenue Bridge over San Anselmo Creek. A storm drain pipe will be upgraded, a bridge abutment will be reinforced, and new energy dissipating bank protection will be installed. A log rootwad will be incorporated into the bank protection to provide in-water habitat. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0005-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Michael Rock, Town of Fairfax.
