The Northern Salinas Valley Mosquito Abatement District (District/Project Sponsor) undertakes activities through its Integrated Vector Management Program to manage the following vectors of disease and /or discomfort in the Service Area: mosquitoes, yellow jackets, ticks, rats and invasive or noxious weeds. The PEIR evaluates the effects of the continued implementation of the control strategies and methods prescribed in its Integrated Vector Management Program.
