The County of Santa Barbara Agricultural Commissioner's Office proposes to apply herbicides to the noxious weeds, Arundo donax and Tamarix ramosissima, along the dry bed and banks of the Santa Ynez River, Santa Barbara County, CA. A helicopter will transport personnel who will apply herbicides from the ground with backpack sprayers.
