Document Description
NOTE: Final - 1 CD EMWD proposes to construct a 2.0 million-gallon (MG) water storage tank, including a detention basin, and an access road on APNs 384-030-030 and 384-030-026 within the city of Menifee. The new Daily II tank would be an above ground welded steel tank measuring 32 feet in height, with an internal diameter of 102 feet. An overflow detention basin would be constructed to accommodate the project site's storm water flows, and any overflow from the tank. EMWD also proposes to construct a new 12-inch diameter water transmission pipeline, between the new Daily II tank site and the existing water pipeline in Scott Road. The pipeline would follow the new access road from the Daily II tank to Daily Road, proceeding in a northerly direction along Daily Road to the connection point in Scott Road. Following the construction of the Daily II tank, the existing Daily I tank located on APN 384-010-034, would be demolished.
