Caltrans proposes to improve the intersection at SR 190 and Road 284, located east of the City of Porterville, in Tulare County from post mile 20.9 to post mile 21.3. Two build alternatives and a no build alternative are under consideration. Alternative 1: Construction of a single-lane rural roundabout. Alternative 2: Signalization of the intersection with a protected left-turn. Alternative 3: No build.
