The pipeline route would begin at West Bradley Avenue (from Marshall Avenue to Johnson Avenue), travel onto Johnson Avenue (from West Bradley Avenue to just south of Fletcher Parkway), Westfield Parkway mall parking lot (from just south of Fletcher Parkway through Forester Creek and I-8, to the Sunterra Condominium parking lot), Johnson Avenue (from the Sunterra Condominium parking lot to West Madison Avenue), West Madison Avenue (from Johnson Avenue to Chambers Street Alley), and Chambers Street Alley (from Siphon 2 to West Madison Avenue).
